And the answer is... no.
But, I believe they'd be easy enough to make using fiber optics (even those cheapo plastic ones) that youll be fine.
Just off the top of my head, I think I'd mushroom the end using a lighter, then roll it in gray paint.
Alternately, you may want to try wider optic, sand the rim to round it off a touch, then roll it in gray paint.
Of course, you'd need a way to do the red, I think using red optic medium would work. Otherwise, try using a red magic marker.
