Kel, there were some of us New England guys looking for the chip car extensions. How far along did you get with them and do you have photos.

I got rough extensions. I had thought someone else was going to do them, but if not, I may kick the parts around somemore.. No photos, but it's something I could put into the mix..

I'm thinking a kit like the SP lumber cars. I want a couple of cars and so do a few local guys. 2 different doors as well.

Assume the starting place is an MDC car, sand down the sides, etc...

I assume the MDC PS boxcar as most of SOU's cars were PS...

To heck with those New Englanders... I need wood chip extensions that will drop into an Atlas 55 Ton car.  One that fits the MT 2-bay car would be welcomed also...  I'll provide you with pictures if you need some...

Yes, the MDC PS is the starting point. I've got several set aside for the project.
