My wife was discussing the BLMA ad (along with all of the dust that was getting blown up on the Atlas Board) over drinks last night with her friends. That's pretty close right? - But it was more to point out how like little boys we model railroaders really are.

your wife reads MR forums?

I think the odds of a group of beautiful women discussing
N-scale concrete road crossings at a party is about the same
as being attacked by a shark in the desert.

John, I nominate this for n-scale quote of the week. :)
Thanks Tom 8)

My company designs Craig's advertisments & website. (I would be the un-named person with the model railroading background) I kept her abreat of the fun from yesterday that the new ad had kicked up.

Craig just sent it to me. For shame, for shame.....   ;)  I don't think I will be discussing that BLMA ad with my wife.

You know the real modelers noticed that the road crossing is too shiny and needs more bolt holes...

Stay cool and model in the nude.....  8) 8) 8)

Too shiny... perhaps.  More bolt holes, nope; this is a dead ringer for the prototype it was made after.   :)  :-*

Gotta love modeling in the nude (when it doesn't involve trains or dudes).   ;D :P

Thank you!  Please note that the ad is showing our HO Scale Concrete Grade Crossing; the N Scale version is product #77 and looks exactly the same when painted and mounted...
