Thanks - the ones I'm looking at are, ahem, N&W. Did they make just one style? (I can't find my old Walthers catalog!)

I have two of them, but they're still kits because I haven't gotten around to assembling them yet.

I wouldn't call myself an "old timer" per say, but I have several of the original kits. They are very nice, except the wheel bogies were pretty fiddly. I understand the new ones come with Atlas bogies, which should be a big improvement. Great stuff for 1970s-1980s piggyback trains.
