GP38-2 detailing

I ordered a Lifelike GP38-2 and I have a few questions about what BLMA parts to use. First, what size grab irons to use for a GP38-2. On the BLMA site they
show there 15" grabs on geeps, but I remember that on another thread some people saying that 18" graps are good on geeps.

Secondly, what fans should I use? do's BLMA make fans for GP38-2 fans? thanks.

I'm sure BLMA makes the right fans for whatever specific prototype you want to model :D.
I know that on a regular GP38, 18" grabs are needed.
You'll want to get the sight glass, can't think of what it comes with.

You can also put the sight glass in with the BLMA door kit

THAT's where it is!  I knew it had to be around somewhere.

Funny how the sight glass came out at the same time as the LL model :-X ::)

I know for earlier GP-38's, like the Lehigh Valley had, that the fan covers on the Gold Medal Models fret to turn GP-9's into GP-19's are the right type. Is there a BLMA fan that's right for the GP38-2? For that matter, what about earlier GP & SD 9-18's?

Speaking of pan-top fans, is JnJ the only game in town?  I have a few of these (metal castings) to put onto some GP9s, but I have not seen any others out there.
