Got a Roadway paint question

I have managed to acquire almost as many trailers as the local Roadway agency. The only problem with that is they only have about a half dozen
model Cs left here in Sliver City.

Anyway I now have six of the ATLAS LN9000s in orange which is a close enough match for me,but I don't have a clue as to what brand of paint will supply the closest shade to Roadway blue.Any body got a clue as what to use?I would prefer a water based paint.

Catt,

I think I would go with the C&O enchantment blue Model Flex #16-69

Catt,

Why not get the Atlas orange/blue paint scheme 9000 LNTs (item #2916 in N-scale or #1236 in HO scale)?  Of course, then what do you do with the 6 orange cabs you already own?  Turn them into Preston 151 Line cabs like I did! ;)

Bill,
When ATLAS announced those trucks I couldn't wait till they were available. Then ATLAS posted the pictures of them. That was one huge letdown that isn't even close to the Roadway tractor paint scheme. The only thing remotely right about them is the fact they are orange & blue.

Big R`s noses are all blue. Except the new deliveries, some of which are coming all blue. See link below. Thank you to Bernie Fahner for the shot and Hank Suderman for his fantastic truck picture website..

You`ll never find a Philly cheese steak on a menu in Philadelphia. It`s called a cheesesteak and we all know where it`s from...

Too bad Microscale doesn't make 'em.  They need to get on the ball.
