Really that looks like way to much to make some windows. Like he just has money to play with.
Impressive, and he's probably making OK money doing it. From the back story, I got the sense his family was in the injection molding business big time, so he had all the skills and knowledge going in. Then scored a hell of a deal on a building that was built out for way more than model railroad toys. And now is in good shape to just produce, a lot. Clean and without too much downtime or major maintenance issues to get in the way. That's where the knowledge and experience part set him up for great success.
