I wonder if there's going to be a price increase? I seem to recall that the dump trucks went up in price between announcement and delivery.

The 2018 pre-order list price for the dump trucks was $41.95.  The 2024 delivered list price for the dump trucks was $41.95.

Unlike most other manufacturers, Pat was able to get his tooling moved to a new factory, and he did not increase the price!

I would like to see the parts released again, especially the five hole Budd wheels like the ones on the fuel tanker models. I’ve been asking Pat every year or so for a while, but no joy yet. Apparently I have an obsession with wheels, both IRL and on models. I keep changing the ones on my real vehicles.

I have been doing the same thing: asking Pat when truck parts (especially wheelsets) will be available again (if ever). I've been doing that for probably about 10 years or more.  I never get any definitive answers. I seem to have heard that the big problem with offering parts was the time and labor involved packaging those dozens of different pieces.  I even suggested that Pat just keep a stock of the loose parts in bins, let people order the individual parts then just just pick them from those loose parts bins and package them all also loose in a bag. I don't need fancy packaging - I need parts!

If Fifer is correct, the trucks announced around May 2020 are the ones shipping. There was another run announced around December 2020, and I don't see any of those on the list Gary posted. Those included JB Hunt, Schneider, Wal-Mart,  Swift and Dick Simon.

Robin was just forwarding info directly from Pat (and requesting updated credit card info from me ;)).  Based on that, I got the impression that we'll see the trailers and tractors from the early 2020 announcements.  I only ordered the trailers though.

Well, at this point I'll believe it when I see them.  Thanks for asking!  I also hope they aren't instant sell-out like the truck models. It would be nice to have more lasting source for good quality parts which provide so many possibilities for custom building.  Of course I also realize that in today's world, everything is a limited run:|
