The Thomas the Tank Engine presence was astonishing at Greenberg's this weekend. I've never seen it like this before. 20 to 30-somethings with full blown Thomas collections running and displayed.

Those folks were kids when it ran on PBS . . .

To the left there will be a low earth dam at the end of the mill point there and need to make a boat to move the logs around.

There's a decent boom boat on Thingverse. I found it a while back and was hoarding it for my log mill scene. It's at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4767828. Another one at Cults3D: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/boom-boat-mini-dozer-ship-vandragon_de-2 but it looks like a gaming piece and will need some work.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

Thanks, nice looking boat and that person did a nice job on the fittings for the boat.  I also found the link to the boat itself ( HERE ).

It will give me some ideas but the boat is in 1:22 scale and I've had problems working with .stl files with Fusion.   I'm also looking for something older and smaller since layout is early 70's.

The one above is from the 1940's as best I can tell and I'm guessing this one....

... is 60's-70's but maybe later??

Now that you guys and someone else has me going on this let me see what I can come up with today.

It occurs to me that those little boats look suspiciously similar to the "benchy" 3D test model people frequently use. If it were me, I would be tempted to use that and see if anyone gets the joke. :D
