Seventy year old (or older) EMD's provide the power, whilst the 25 to 30 year old GE is now a grill platform. Fitting.

That was a fun video, and the customization represents some admirable creativity and ingenuity.
Also, it’s so refreshing to see an entire train so shiny and clean, and not a speck of graffiti to be seen.

One question … what is ‘Ed’s Law’ ?   I’m guessing it’s something along the lines of how you can find a prototype for anything if you look long & hard enough?

the AC&W runs through Pinehurst
their private car fleet is best in class
google PC Menzie's Vista for a taste... or even better ... the San Marino.

p.s. note there are 7 (count them 7) coats of clear coat on the paint job.

I mean that is impressive and in ways sad and all that.  My vote for the neatest part of that train is that someone has a running A-B-A set of covered wagons - regardless of how many axles they each have.

That looks like so much fun. I ain't interested in golf but I'd go just to ride on that train.
And the door it opens is the way back in
Or is it the way back out?
