I may try these. Look similar but way cheaper. 6 Cents each, verses Fast Track's 70.

I have those and use them for thin super glue. The hole is much smaller, but it may work. You can't go wrong because you can use them for ACC.

The others I listed do need cleaned out, you can just let it dry and stick a needle through it.

Those tips look identical to what Testors used to sell for their orange-tube plastic cement.

Peteski, by now you can probably tell when I'm working on my layout with my usual coinciding posts on another forum about nuked Lok Sound decoders, UHG.

I did pick up some MEK (nasty stuff and not cheap)  and thinned down the pliobond and it and took care of the messiness quite a bit.  I have to find an applicator tip and see if i can get a small enough bead on the underside of code 40.  In this case I used a tooth pick to apply but will want a faster way.  I'm making yard tracks and not really looking for anything too detailed.  Why not use ME code 40?  I don't think it looks good, formed spikes way too big.

I posted a picture of the gauge notches, nothing fancy but seems to work good at preventing the use of the 3pt gauge which is a pain.

I like to build my turnouts in place looking for the flowing feel using full length sections.  I want to use PCB ties and solder only in critical areas like under the frog and where the points hit the stock rails, again just to speed up the process. I also want to make sure the glue will be solid enough to survive track cleaning.   Again like the Central Valley tie strips both turnout and cross ties from my HO days but 'free'

I'll definitely try CA while i'm in the experimentation process. 

Hey Mario, until you just mentioned I didn't connect you to the decoder issue thread in the LokSound forum.
As for thinning Pliobond, you might not need to use the nasty MEK.  The Pliobond label might list its ingredients, and I think regular inexpensive and less nasty Acetone is its solvent (I don't have any Pliobond handy to check).

Also I seem to recall that some who use Pliobond as rail adhesive use soldering iron to heat-set it to strengthen the bond.  But that is with PC board or wooden ties. The plastic ties would likely not withstand the heat)

Thats exactly what I did, ran a soldering gun over the rails and it seemed to reactivate and worked great.  I think I'm over thinking the thinning with MEK part of the equation, kind of a carry over from the Central Valley experience I had about 10 years ago with HO scale tie strips, they recommend using straight MEK I believe but can't quite remember. Definitely going to pick up some of the suggested tips and CA as Sumner mentioned.  I have UV activated glue but its really not that strong, more of  gap filler.

The printed ties withstand the soldering iron, but styrene ones do not.

LOL!  I have been accused of being a Bot (and maybe I am). 
I don't mind a PM, but to be honest, the collective knowledge and experience of the LokSound forum is much greater than the li'l old me.  I only dabble with ESU decoders and my NCE Power Cab (and the LokProgrammer).

I've had really good success with CA, it's relatively quick setting and just make sure to use a track gauge while i dries.
