New Posts in The Trading Post - Subject to 25 Post Limit?

Do I need to hit the 25 minimum post limit to post a new topic to the Trading Post?

Thanks.  That helps.  I could have avoided a few posts asking questions about some of these things.  I may have missed it in the Welcome to Railwire email.

However, I guess I ticked up my post count asking those questions. Haha

In the past, we've had people sign up just to sell stuff - and never contribute in any other way.  The post count requirement, while not fool proof, does weed out some of that. The trading post is a benefit of membership for members to occasionally move items they no longer need, or find that item they need.

To be honest, I  don't even remember wha tis in the welcome message, or if it mentions the limitations or point to the FAQ section.

I try to let the newbies know that the quickest way to get to 25 posts is to look at any build thread or a Weekend Update thread and posts comments of praises (since most work presented here is prize-worthy).
