Wiring tuneup and new signals on Breyers

Signal mast on this one is an NJI "Intermediate", which I removed the numberboard from and installed a lower clipped head, making it an Absolute with additional aspects.

Drive circuitry for the signal system is all homebrew, I've posted about it before. (And here it is actually being put to use.)
