This N Scale PRR Class H21d conversion kit turns a Bowser H21a model into a one of a kind cement hopper that is believed to be the precursor of the PRR Class H30 hopper. Cost of the kit, which includes the parts, correct 2D-F2a Coil-Elliptic truck frames and a drill to assist in cleaning out the holes for 0.008” Phosphor Bronze wire (not included). Bowser H21a model, wheelsets, couplers and H21d decals not included.
