Grapple Attachment for Loaders or Tractors?

Wondering if there are any other options for an N Scale grapple attachment to add to a loader or tractor?  I obtained one made by REM but it is a crude casting and I cant figure out how the two halves are supposed to go together.

I am wanting to add it to the rear of the GHQ #53-006 Tractor/Loader/Back Hoe for use on a tie train.

Showcase Miniatures has one for their MOW truck but is available separately and may be adaptable to the REM model.
I did an eBay search for N Scale grapple and it showed up.

Thanks Jim; I was eventually able to join the two halves of the REM one by pinning it together with .015" brass wire.  I was also able to mount it on he rear arm of the GHQ tractor.

Between that and attempting a first test rig for my 150-Ton crane, it has been a challenging week of modelling.
