Kato Daylight trucks on 3 articulated cars

I brought out my GS-4 which had not been run for awhile.  It's one of the first GS-4's.  The loco is fine and all was going well until I tried to place the 3 articulated cars on the track and the middle two trucks kept/keep falling out.  I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the trucks to "hold" without any success.  What is the "secret" to placing the middle two trucks onto the bodies of the cars?

Thanks in advance.

Heck out the YouTube video on installing lights on the 3 articulated cars
The diaphragm has to be set in a certain way and the. The trucks have a tongue on each side that fir into a slot on each side of the diaphragm and will click into place. Hope this helps.

I never thought to look for a "how to" video on YouTube.  I watched the 10 minute Kato video and re-attached the trucks.  Thank you.
