Thanks for the info Scott. So those are basically solvents which will soften the decal's clear film, but not harsh enough to totally melt it (well in most cases, because I have almost melted some of the decals when using decal setting solutions).

Solvaset seems to get stronger as it ages... or from using it and something evaporates out of it.
