Spend a certain amount with them.  Once you hit $1500 (Yardmaster level), any order above $100 gets free shipping.

The levels are:

    Passenger (0$ and up to $274)
         Benefits - 2 points for every $1 spent

    Engineer ($275 up to $1499)
         Benefits - 3 points for every $1 spent
         A 5% off coupon ( good next order after you hit the threshold)

    Yardmaster ($1500 and above)
         Benefits - 4 points for every $1 spent
         A 10% off coupon ( good next order after you hit the threshold)
         Free shipping (best method - no choice) on orders over $100
         Emails with exclusive sales and limited edition products (do not recall this happen but I might have missed it)

The points are redeemable for coupons for $xx off an order.
You can apparently gain points by doing other things such as liking them on Facebook, sharing them on Facebook, following them on Instagram, writing a review and so on.

All of this is on the "Rewards" button that shows up after you log in and view your cart or account page.

Thanks for the info.  I must be mired at "Engineer" level.  MBK just never has $1500 of stuff I want/need in any given year, at least since they started this rewards thing - the annual reset wipes me out.  I guess I need to be more careful with it, and use the "points" on whatever I figure my last purchase is in any given year.

I thought it was per year also but it doesn't actually say that.  I've looked at my order history and I haven't ordered $1500 in the past 12 months, nor 2021 or 2020 yet they say I have 3500 points and have gotten the free shipping on every order over $100 for the past 3 years. (In totaling orders so far 2021 is $564.64, 2020 was $316.84, 2019 was a whopper at $2650.46 )

I do think you have to make sure you have logged in when you order.  I don't know that you can order without an account, but if so then those points would be lost since they don't know who to award them to.

I've ordered 3 times from MMR in the last several months. Very pleasant transactions.

Getting back to my layout after a long absence, my two "go to" shops are out of business, so I started surfing the web for shops.

Interesting enough, MMR is my "local" shop so to speak. I live in a rural area, and they're about 50 miles away, but in a direction that I usually don't head to.

I haven't been to their store, but plan to at some point. So far I've been pleased. Seem like good, helpful folks to do business with.

I'll throw in another kudos for these guys. I live in the Des Moines area and if the USPS doesn't fumble, I get my order within 2 days. Good service and good people!
