What locomotive was an S6070 sound decoder made for?

I discovered two sound decoders in a stash with no paperwork for them.
I googled the number and saw they were made by Digitrax, an early sound decoder, but there was no information as to what locomotives they were made for.
There is no information on the Digitrax site either. Could they be for the Wlthers N scale C liner?
