Any one know where to get replacement parts for a Japanese C-57 locomotive?

This link will hopefully take you to the steam locomotive parts in stock in Kato's online shop:

https://www.e-katomodels2.com/shop/c/c10020101/

I don't know if they'll ship overseas, but if the part isn't listed on the website, it will probably be difficult to get. If there's a parts diagram in the box the model came in, you can also try using google to search for the parts number in case it's available somewhere else.

I have had some good success using Plaza Japan to locate Japanese parts.  Identifying the part number is really key to making sure you receive what you need.

Yes, it is too bad that Kato USA does no "officially"  provide parts for Kato Japan models.

Maybe also try https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/rail/ . Scroll down and on the left you will see "parts" menu. There are 2 sections of Kato parts  They have pretty extensive inventory, but if it is not listed, maybe contact them and ask if the could order it for you. Depending on how old the model is, getting a part might be difficult or impossible.
