Saturday, October 24, 2020 on the Wilmington & Western RR.  These shots were taken on the train's reverse move back to Greenbank.

Seems like as good a place as any for a cool video I found of the Western Pacific.

***Be sure to watch until the end "after" the initial fade out

Privately owned, former NSWGR D59 class 2-8-2 5917 waits to depart Sydney Central with the 'Picnic Train' to Kiama on Saturday 24 October 2020. Built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton, 5917 was one of a class twenty locomotives (originally oil fired) that entered service with the New South Wales Government Railways between August 1952 and March 1953. The design is a variation on the USATC S200 class 'Middle East' Mikado.

Excellent find, the WP was a neat road and somewhat larger than life. And I bet that conductor couldn't believe his eyes!
