Is there any hobby shop that carries the full line of these things? Other than Walthers who charges $12 to ship a one ounce bottle.

These guys are pretty great. They also have an eBay store.

I've used these guys-

They were recommended to me by Badger when I could not find the colors I needed at hobby shops. They also carry virtually every paint (military, fantasy models, primers) and airbrush and accessory that Badger makes. I've also started using the Badger Stynylrez (I have no idea where the name comes from) Primers. They are some sort of water borne urethane (I think) that sticks to a lot of materials and come in several colors. I'm still experimenting, but so far it's the best water borne primer I've ever used on (very well cleaned) metal.
