RUSX covered hopper history

Can anyone provide a little history on RUSX 3 bay ribbed covered hoppers in the 483200-483500 number series? These were also produced in the Atlas Trainman line as a Thrall 4750.  I've found several photos post 2000 and as late as 2017, but I am wondering if these could also fit in the mid to late 90's. I wasn't trackside until 2008 or so. Thanks

According to my 1998 Official Railway Equipment Register there was one car in the 483249-483251 range, 101 cars between 483251-483451 .. there are also a few small number of other 4750s in higher numbers up into the low 500001- range..

in 1998 this reporting mark was assigned to First Union Rail

The RUSX 48xxxx numbers are almost certainly ex-NAHX numbers.

Seems this group of cars was originally built for Canadian Pacific with CPAA reporting marks, eventually returned to lessor as NAHX, and later sold to RUSX. Some have since been remarked NOKL and FURX by First Union.

Thanks gentlemen for the help. Looks like post 1998 so it's feasible that they traversed the rails on Conrail.
