Is Scenic Express "Tak-E-Glue" just Matte Medium?

Or is there more to it than that? Odor is closer to PVA than acrylic matte medium.

Robyn's starting a Super Trees batch and I have to send off for matte medium and other art supplies before a discount expires tomorrow. So I need to know whether to order the normal 500ml bottles I use or have them ship a 55-gallon drum.

EDIT: Hold that thought. There is confusion within the Super Trees instructions and what came in the box. The instructions keep referring to matte medium, and the box contained a bottle of Tak-E-Glue. I have a surplus pint of matte medium, so she's going to use that.

Tak-E-Glue is just like Arleens Origional Tak-E-Glue. I have used them both and Arleens seems to be a bit thicker. I contacted them about them adding the tak e glue in their kits when the instructions called for matte medium. They told me they have had better results with the Tak-E-Glue so they switched.

Thank you thank you! She's sprinkling flock as I speak type. The first couple of trees look great with the matte medium, so certainly happy with that process. We'll try the next batch with Tak-E-Glue.

[I hear excited sounds from her studio. She's having fun with this.] :)

I believe there's a lot of commonality between Aileen's Tacky Glue, Mod Podge, and Matte Medium.  I have successfully diluted Mod Podge to use as scenic cement...
