For those of you dying to get an 4-4-2, there is on on eBay at the moment:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/MINITRIX-12035-SPARES-REPAIR-KBAY-4-4-2-CLASS-BR-S-2-5-LOCO-3005-cm/113679884571?epid=8017425120&hash=item1a77d9611b:g:f3sAAOSwXq5cg8fe
But, it would take a lot of work to make it into a U.S. prototype with modern N scale mechanism and code 55 capable wheels.

The price is a bit steep considering that it is a free-rolling dummy (the motor is in the tender, driving the tender's wheels).  Making this model operational would really be a major surgery (unless a powered tender was used).

The same seller now has the tender for sale separately, also at $67.  $140 is pretty steep (for both pieces).  They used to sell for a lot more, but lately they have been selling for $100 or less.  There's a complete one with just a broken drawbar for $114.95 right now.
And remember, you still have to "Americanize" the heck out of it to make it into a US prototype.
It has a very European look to it.

I see there's another similar model up for grabs from a US seller...for less dough.

Plus, the fellow with the OP's item also has a Kato-built DB 2-8-2T listed...also for less $.

If it were me, I'd go for the Kato unit; if that model runs as good as the US Mike, it must be a winner!

Powered tender with depleted plutonium  :D weight is the way to go to power an Atlantic.
