Atlas GP38-2 Phase 2?

I've lost track, was the Atlas GP38-2 "Phase 2" that was announced back in 2019 and is now due next quarter going to be the reissue of the old Life-Like / Walthers GP38-2?

I know I've been away from the game for a while, but I'd imagine that's the Life Like 38-2 tooling. Correct me if I'm wrong...

 I do hope that they have made some tooling changes to the shell like adding the missing door on the paper airbox filter, the water sight glass and better fan grills on top. Filling in the holes for the winter exhaust hatch wold be nice also. I know that sounds like a lot, but otherwise the later phase hood had some pretty nice detail and was a much needed model in N scale.I also believe the new Atlas drive will be a big plus.
