Yup, Rapido's paint line has become my new go-to for railway specific colours. It goes on easily, is airbrush ready (though can also be thinned with distilled water if need be), and cleanup is a snap.
You should find it to be equivalent or superior to TLT and/or George's paint lines.
As a side note, Vallejo has become my favoured paint line for non railway specific colours. There are equivalents for all the basics that would have been covered by polly scale (earth, dirt, rail & tie browns, engine, grimy and oil blacks, rust, mud, reefer white and yellow, ...). They have both brush and airbrush ready formulations that work very well.
