Crud, I was about to kitbash one out of a Walthers Conrail Caboose, but I'll just save the tiny bay windows to make a Nickel Plate rider car.

I had bought two for the same purpose.  The roof on the WKW car was not quite correct, but a little knife work and the addition of ladders and a walkway would have helped that.  The bay window is a bit high on the WKW car, so it would have to be moved.  It really did not look like that big  a deal, though.  I guess that I will simply buy one of the these and repaint and letter for "as built".  I can group the WKW casr with some other freight cars and a cheap locomotive and put it up on FeePay.  Make it cheap enough and somebody will bid on it.

Coosvalley,

21499 is not a P&E but was part of a P&E Yahoo group mock up for the October 2007 Meet / Tour of the P&E system.  As I recall they had a GP painted up too.  Sorry I can't remember more details.  I think the group still exists on yahoo but is pretty dead for recent inputs.   My main interest is that my wife's great grandfather was an engineer in the Champaign - Danville area.  Helps keep my modeling Central Illinois based.

Thank you,
