Has anyone given these Micro-Mark pre-thinned acrylic paints a shot? Kind of starting from scratch on my paint collection considering all my old Polyscale stuff from is shot from sitting in my parent's basement for the past 15-years...

I think the purple will match your eyes the best.

Odds are...it's just repackaged Vallejo Model Air paint and I say that because you mentioned "pre-thinned".  Great paint, but be sure to use a primer with these.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but the "Made in USA" label seems to imply otherwise.  Vallejo paints are not made in USA.  Ii it said "Packaged in USA" that would be a different story. Unless they are not being honest.

Oh - there are several different routes to get Acrylic paints made here in the USA. My problem is the very generic nature of these - their just colors...

It's like the new paint line from MIG in Spain "Rail Center". Some shops are trying to carry it here but, most of the colors are also very generic, or specific to European rail roads. Might as well just stick with a standard paint line if you have to spend a lot of time trying to match a proper specific color.
