On a serious note:
Jagged: I will have to agree, both Atlas and IM have done an excellent job taking care of the few issues I've had with their locos. Fox Valley is another who has excellent customer service.

Back to the OP: I recently picked up 3 of these 40-2s with sound. One ran like crap, one ok, and the last one runs much like the one I picked up during the first run(excellent). I tinkered with them tonight and found that the two with running issues wobble too. After fussing with them, it was the frame halves not being level. I feel that it's the clips that don't hold the frame halves together tightly enough to prevent them from shifting during body install. I will mess with them more tomorrow to see what I can do to fix it. IM should have just used screws...
