Do you get frustrated trying to get realistic looking weathering effects on you freight cars? Here is how I weather my tank cars with an airbrush with pretty decent results.

I like that you left the plastic wheels in place until after painting the trucks, a much better approach than one of your earlier videos..

Without any adhesion promoter, do you have problems with the paint eventually flaking off the trucks from handling?..I did until I started using adhesion promoter..

The dullcoat helps--like a primer. I have a primer that works on this plastic, but I can only find it in gray and by the time I prime, paint, weather I have built up a lot of paint on the trucks. Honestly I've never had a problem.

Adhesion promoter (in a spray can) is a type of clear primer.  Its main use was in painting automotive (plastic) bumper covers.  Just do a Google search for "plastic adhesion promoter".

To follow up on that, one can learn more in the link. In my experience, eventually paint will start to flake of most "delrin" trucks. This stuff will stop that.
