How many roads owned this type of car?..How many were built?..

I would say not very good.   Might be a better candidate for a Shapeways project.

   ACL and Seaboard were the main owners of these cars.
   { ACFX}- SHPX had some,believe they were sold to Wabash later on.

Forgive me if this is a little off topic, but given that these cars seem to be contemporaries of the PRR H32 done by BLI a few years ago, I am wondering if the H32 was also used in phosphate service.  And/or what cars would have been used by other roads, if these were unique to Seaboard and ACL.
