Engine problem - need help

I'll try to get back to this early this week. With the Easter weekend I had to put away my trains and clean the dining room for company that we hosted for Easter dinner after church.

I sat up one of the modules and put a 16" wide module I'm starting to work on to get some ideas on track setup. While I had it out I put my trouble engine on it after getting some lube into the gears and worm, and it purrs like a kitten now! I ran it at slow and fast speeds and the squealing is gone and it runs really well!
