Love the 2U rack :) .. nice setup .. but overkill IMHO :)

I agree and when I meet up with him in the next 2 or 3 weeks, I'm going to ask those questions and a few others. Glad we could answer the original question. Also, Mike Fifer does a video on this exact thing as well if you look at his channel on YouTube,

If I was going to do this, the breakout board is the way to go. No messing around inside the supply with no schematics.
