MTL Weathered Trailer Train wind turbine set

I was just looking at the photo of this set on Klein's site - can anyone with the set tell me if the cast on rub-rails / hitch detail etc that are usually present on the MTL TOFC deck been removed or is it some good weathering / optical illusion in the photo?
