Reading and Columbia/Akron Secondary

Good Evening,

This video has generated a lot of interest for me in this line.   It's fascinating seeing the clips of the SW9 and GP10 in action.   The February 1989 issue of Railpace has a good write-up on this line.

This line could be modeled with the availability of Reading, Conrail, and East Penn locomotives on the market.

On an unrelated note, if Scale Trains is looking for a "game changer," they would produce a CF7 for us N Scale folks.  It would give me the opportunity to model this time period after RBMN acquired the Reading Cluster.

Enjoy,
Adam

@Ed Kapuscinski  could use the CF7 units for his Windsor Yard too.  YorkRail has a handfull.  Thinking about it, I guess I could use a pair also on my Hanover Sub.  Have to research if the CF7's went to Spring Grove or Hanover, or were captive to York.
