Weathering challenge/custom decal ?

Looking thru some pictures, trying to find real cars that I have models of to replicate the weathering or graffiti to, I found this one.

http://rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=3190798

BLMA produced this car number.  It depicts a Happy Halloween greeting and painting across the entire length of car.  My birthday is Halloween, I would love to add this to my Halloween collection of cars.  Anyone have ability to print a decal ?  I'm nowhere near good enough to attempt doing this by hand nor have the skills to make a decal.

I do have the ability to produce a graffiti decal like that, with the amount of projects I have on the workbench I can't commit to this.   Maybe someday, a year or two from now...

While the photo is a good straight-on shot, a larger resolution photo would be very helpful in cleeaning up the image for producing a decal.

That's good enough for me right now  :D

Now we just need to find that car before it gets shopped or crash/scrapped.  We need a freight car tracking site like the heritage units have.  :scared:

New guy here.  I saw this thread and decided to tackle the image.  Inkjet printers don't print white, so if you print this on clear decal paper, the white areas should stay clear.  Then apply it over a white boxcar.

Note that the resolution is not very good.  You'll also need to size it properly.  Measure your boxcar, and use the grid feature in GIMP (or other app) to properly size the image.

That's awesome.  I have that car, #111000, sitting in my yard as we speak.  :D
