How late would the Big Four scheme be good for. I searched and got that NYC operated it till 1930. How long were the cars around for?

Are the undecorated panel side hoppers (62000) in this run?

I'm loving the detail found on these hoppers... the whole series of Bluford cars are really nice overall.  While some modding would be needed to turn some cars into cars I can use (specifically for the N&W hoppers, while for VGN cars they are pretty well straight forward) overall the detail is quite good and I am well pleased to see this happening in N-scale!!!

NYC controlled Big Four for a number of years then finally leased it in 1930. Ten years later, a majority of this fleet was intact with Big Four road numbers. It's unlikely that they did a lot of renumbering during the war. After that, they would start to be fair game for renumbering. Not later than spring of 1961, all the Big Four cars had been renumbered.

Yes, undec panel sides will be in the first batch on that body style.

Have there been any thoughts as to doing any of the 23 hoppers the C&O had of this type?  Or should I buy the undecorateds?

You mean the panel side cars, I assume. Yes, we will be doing those as well.

Be careful, lest you get what you ask for.

Cars look good, wasn't the PRR GLd scheduled to be released in this run? A couple of the Montours cars for me.
Never argue with idiots; they'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

There seem to be two runs in short succession. The Glds are in the second run. http://www.bluford-shops.com/bluford_93_033.htm
