SP common standard sand house - painted

Howdy everyone,

Here is my sand house - ready for paint and final detials (Shingles). This has been a fun little project. Thanks, to all for the assistance with the pesky hip roof.

I used drawings out of the SP common standards book - volume 4. Where the prototype was used -? I have no idea..... LOL
On my layout -- Oxnard yard.
