kato u30c coupler conversion

I am trying to install MT couplers on a few newer Kato U30Cs that have body mounted dummy couplers. The kit I got from MT  (1161) is for the older version with truck mount couplers and doesn't fit. I searched the archives but couldn't find anything. Any suggestions as to what coupler to use? TIA

Assuming it's the same as the newer C30-7, I use 1015 shanks inside a 2004 box.

Btw, those aren't dummy couplers, they're just Kato's version of a magnetic coupler.

What color is the 1161 kit that you have?  I'm interested in a black one for a Pennsylvania U30C.  Could you send me a PM if you have a black one that you would be interested in selling?

The one I have is black; I am going to hang onto them in case I still need them for parts.  That being said I did order them directly from Micro Trains themselves not even 2 months ago, so they still have them.
