after getting fooled by the HO model in the other thread went looking
for a builders picture of a similar car.
Found:
PRR 434445,F23B,BLT 2-13,Capy 150000 or 75 Tons.
Length-30',Width 9',equipped with Arch Bar Heavy Duty trucks.
from the 1919 Car Builders Dictionary, page 326,Figure 151.
in Train Shed reprint #-35.
these seem to have been long lasting cars, rebuilt and Up-Graded to
Cast Steel trucks over the years.{see the pics in the other thread}
some one had a Link to PRR Freight Trucks some years back, think it
was Jerry Britton ?
the list should cover the Replacement trucks.
