Kudos to the folks at LaserKit ...

I recently bought my first LaserKit.  I was amazed at the detail, but concerned about fitting some of the interior walls together. After I managed to break the first part I tried to insert into the tabs in the slots on the floor, I said, "OK, I need some help".

My e-mail to LaserKit asking if I should taper the tabs and requesting any other building hints brought forth a reply the next day indicating that they had experienced some inconsistencies regarding the thickness of the boards.

They asked for my address and  I received free replacement parts (which fit perfectly) within a few day.

Well done, LaserKit, well done  and thank you.

It seems are often quick to criticize those who make the tiny things we use to drive ourselves insane with in the name of model railroading.  It seems right to compliment those who make our efforts easier.
