The Fiddly Bits

I have recently purchased a NIB Kato Mikado 126-0107 for conversion to a Southern loco with GHQ kit and a replacement body to screw up with.  This engine evidently did not come with the detail pkg, no space cut out.
Where can fiddly bits like  front marker lights and fine bronze wire be found? I can manage the hand rails and grabs, bell & stand, whistle, and pop offs, it's the fiddly its I can't make. Oh, got to change the couplers out,  put in a TT driver, and install DCC. No wonder I can't get any flies tied.
Modeling Southern and N&W in the southeast.

The marker lights MiGHT be available as Details associates parts- they did some steam stuff way back. There also a firm, starts with an R, that does laser cut wood kits and steam loco stuff. The wire you can probably get on ebay.

Fine bronze wire for -- ??? If you mean to use it for the bell cord, then something like 40 gauge magnet wire might fill the bill. But then you're buying a whole spool. Otherwise something may be salvageable from a cord from a dead earphone/ear bud headset.

Republic Locomotive Works sells parts made by GHQ.  Go to their site, click on the "Parts: Engine Details" or the "Parts: N locomotive" to the right and start searching the many pages of parts that they have.  They apparently are listing these full conversions as still being available.
