What kind of tankcar is this?

As seen at the CR BBQ yesterday.  I believe this is the same type of car that later in the day Ed K would say that it needed a Hello Kitty logo. :D

The prototype car is a little larger, a little more modern and built by a different manufacturer than the Athearn model, but yeah, both acid service cars.

Over the weekend I had a "hello kitty" tank car sighting (the ones we saw with the light blue bands).

There was a cut of them sitting in the Newark DE "Chrysler" yard on the NEC. It's the one right off the I95 Delaware toll cheat / Wawa pitstop.
