The latest Atlas H16-44 have shipped. I just received the Southern units and they look sharp (to my untrained non-rivet counting eyes of course).
As my railroad is currently in "benchwork rebuilding" stage, I haven' been able to run them yet, so leaving it to others to comment, but I believe the only difference with the previous model is the decoder in the DCC unit.
