"Killer App"/Ideas for Neolube?

I swore I saw a thread like this but it's not coming up...if so then kill this one.   Anyway, with a lot of us about to suddenly become flush with Neolube, what should we do with it?

The main uses I've heard are for steam locomotive rods, for weathering track, and for weathering in general.  SO my question is....what else, or with regards to weathering how did you specifically use it?

1.  I'll start with one I came up with....using it to weather/lube the drawbars on Intermodal cars.  (Walthers drawbarred Thrall's, Athearn drawbarred Husky's, et al)
2. Assume it will be good for darkening the frame under diesel locos, no?
3. It occurred to me that I'm modeling a graphite plant, so surely I can figure something to do with it there.  :trollface:

What else?

I use it for darkening steam loco moving parts prior to weathering (with paint).  I also used it to paint the metal frame of a wood reefer.  I was also considering using it to weather metal roofs.

1. Paint point/stock rails and throwbar on turnouts:



2. Paint couplers and trip pins
3. Paint the metal parts on wooden boxcars / trucks (like Tom said) as well as wheel faces:





4. Paint slide switches and brass parts:



Paint any metal detail part, really.

Micro brushes work very well.

Ahhh, but what ALSO floats?

Anyway...

MT couplers and trip pins. 
I will never use paint on these again.  The bronze trip pin is hidden,
and the graphite coating is as slippery as a cod.

Handrails and piping. 
It does a great job of making this stuff stand up and out from all
the blackness on a steam loco boiler, and look more like a dark grayish black metal pipe.
It is more subtle and metal-looking than paint, and because it's a graphite "wash", you can
apply it carefully to piping and other details even after they are on the engine.
