A Request for the Atlas Reps on TRW
« on: November 16, 2014, 02:13:16 AM »

Would it be possible to let us know what, if any, spare parts come in with each container?  I'm getting tired of e-mailing and calling about parts just to hear 'we didn't get any of those' over and over.  Besides, for me, it would be the same as a product announcement only better. :)

Thanks,

Jason

+1 Or create a simple parts ordering system that doesn't involve the back and forth.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

We are lucky that Atlas makes parts available in the first place (and even with an online catalog).  Ever tried to order parts for Walthers models?

Unfortunately it's becoming more and more past tense.  There are new cars that have had several releases but no parts. I appreciate that Atlas offers parts and hold them in a higher regard for doing so but it nearing the point of false promises when they talk about it.  I'm up to probably a dozen different projects that I need parts for.  I don't mind waiting, I'm just getting tired of asking.  Maybe just a sign up list for certain parts would be possible.

I'd love to see the hitches from the 89' TOFC flats (especially the RTTX Triple 28' cars) available as parts.....

I'll see what we can do.  Sometimes the invoice just shows a generic line item of "spare parts".

Thanks Paul.

I'm in desparate need of Dash 8-40B Mu Cables (the red ones)....my stash is running really low.  One of the simplest parts that makes a huge difference in appearnce IMHO.  I hate bending my own, so these are my favorite.   :D
