UP 50 Foot Car

I bought this car from Kiz a few years ago.  He already body-mounted the couplers.  I just had to add BLMA trucks to lower it (no filing necessary ;)) and do some weathering.  One of my new favorite cars, and a repeat of one that I also did in 2005.

Curious... did you have a prototype photo you were working from? The "Automated Rail Way" scheme died in the early 70's when "We Can Handle It" was adopted, so extant samples would be rare in the graffiti age. Not impossible, just rare.

Ah! Now that's cool... they must've spotted the shadow of the older scheme under the repaint. Yes, even WCHI is long in the tooth.

Great job capturing the feel!
