Even though I'm trying to backdate my stock more towards WWII, I might have to pick one of these up in PRR if any of my preferred train-show dealers have them.

Just ordered one of the BN's.  Going to emulate this:

Not the exact car but...meh close enough.

I would get an NP if you decide to do those, too.  Maybe an ATSF too...not sure if they had a more modern scheme or not.  (maybe MOW?)

As a PRR car, the F47 class only consisted of 25 cars bought in 1964 so they're a little late for my era.  But the Wabash was an early buyer so a newish looking one on the 1956/57 era PRR wouldn't be unheard of.  The SSW and ATSF were also 1956 buyers so they are possible also.

2. Tangent has already done them in HO (pretty easy to do research, then). I figured that we'd never see them in N because of the existing model, no matter the scale. Well played, BLMA.

Tangent and BLMA have worked together on many projects... a relationship that started with the PS-4000.
