Micro-Trains Customer Service

Never had to deal with the factory in 40+ years of model railroading.  Got one of the sweet SW-1500's in Conrail and noticed it was short a stack. Called them up, they apologized, and put a replacement in the mail - no hassle, no take it up with where you bought it...outstanding experience.

Yeah, I had a pleasant experience with them as well. Great service.
Never argue with idiots; they'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

I still remember being asked to test some of the new med-pro wheels and how awesome it was to get to keep 'em!

Yeah, when it comes to people and standing behind their product, MTL is an awesome company.

Oh yeah, they make very nice stuff, too!   :D
